Hotel Review: The Timbers

Posted by Admin in Hotels on 04 17th, 2009

The Timbers Hotel in Colorado is conveniently located only a few minutes drive from Denver airport. This is an all-suite hotel which is comprised of 127 suites and big conference spaces. The Timbers has been built in particular close proximity to downtown Denver, meaning that if you stay there, you will be exceptionally close to the unique attractions that Denver has to offer. The hotel offers complimentary transport to and from the airport, and also houses the award-winning Peoria Grill which fulfills lunch, dinner, and room service requests.

Room Quality at The Timbers

The rooms at The Timber are spacious, luxurious, and accommodating. They have been designed in a Western modern way, and are unique to the eye. Most of them incorporate a balcony, and they are all decked out in a aesthetically pleasing wooden style. There are many options when you choose your room, including one bedroom, studio, and executive suites. Regardless of what you choose, each room has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a comfortable clean bed. Satellite T.V and wireless internet are also fantastic features at The Timbers. Overall, the room quality is very good, and most guests enjoy the spacious nature of the design.

Amenities at The Timbers

The Timbers has several amenities which interest the majority of their guests. The twenty four hour fitness center is wonderful for those on a non-traditional schedule, and the in-house laundry service is helpful if you are tight on time. The business center has a tendency to get a little cramped, but there is always the wireless internet option in your room if you do not feel like being sociable. The amenities are of high quality, but there are not as many offered as if you were to stay at a more expensive hotel.

Service at The Timbers

The Timbers offers friendly and knowledgeable service, and every attempt is made to accommodate guests, and provide them with a nice experience. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and the reception is constantly manned in case you have any questions, concerns, or emergencies whilst you are staying at the hotel.

Prices at The Timbers

The price of your suite depends on the options you choose. A basic studio suite will set you back around $100, which is exceptionally reasonable when you consider how close the hotel is to the downtown area of Denver. The executive suites are a little heavier on the wallet, but they do include a spacious living area to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant. A pool is currently under construction, which will add to the list of amenities at the hotel, but overall, a stay at this friendly and pleasant hotel will be worth every cent you spend on it.
